Terms and Conditions

The redONE Referral Program is a campaign organised by Red One Pte Ltd (“redONE”).

By participating in the program, participants agree on the following:

  1. Their partial information will be shared on the leaderboards site (www.referafriend.redone.com.sg). The information displayed on the leaderboards are to help the participants identify themselves such as,
    1. First names;
    2. First letter of their last name, and;
    3. Last 3 digits of their mobile number.
  2. Their pictures to be shared on our social media pages1.


For referrers to have their names recorded in the leaderboards (i.e. successfully referring someone to sign up with redONE), the referee must fill in the referrer’s mobile number on the redONE website contact form or registration form.

Participation is open to all redONE subscribers residing in Singapore, including redONE employees, appointed agencies, partners and its sales advisors and their respective immediate family.



Each referee will get 1 full month of his/her redONE subscription. This will be reflected in the 2nd month bill.

I.e. Referee registers for line in October, and the rebate for the 1 month subscription will be reflected in the December bill.


For each successful referred line, the referrer will be awarded the following:

  1. $5 bill rebate
    • There is no limit for the total number of referred lines.
    • These rebates will be used to offset the referrers’ redONE bills.
    • These rebates are non-transferrable.
    • These rebates are non-refundable, in the event the subscriber decides to terminate his/her line.
    • The bill rebate(s) will be reflected in the 2nd month after the referrals.
      I.e. Successful referrals in October will be reflected in the December bill.
  2. Points awarded (based on the following table)

Cash Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Referrers of each Calendar Month (October, November, December 2021) based on the total number of successful referred lines in the month. The results of the Top 3 Referrers of each month will be posted on redONE’s social media pages1 on the 3rd of the following month respectively (3rd Nov, Dec 2021, and 3rd Jan 2022).

In the event where 2 or more participants hold the same number of successful referred lines for the Monthly Awards, redONE will then decide based on total number of higher plans successfully referred.

redONE’s decision is final and no appeal will be entertained.


To participate in the Grand Draw, each referrer must have a minimum of 2 tickets. Points are accumulated from the start to the end of the referral program period; 1 October – 31 December 2021. Any referrer holding fewer than 2 tickets as of 31 December 2021, will not be entitled to participate in the Grand Draw participants’ list. Any referrer having a 0.5 in their points will be rounded up automatically. (2 points = 1 ticket)

The Grand Draw will be conducted using a random generator to ensure fairness.

Should there be any unforeseen circumstances where the original Grand Draw item is out of stock, discontinued and/or any other reasons, redONE will substitute it with another prize item of similar value.


Winners will be contacted by redONE Singapore through the following channels:

  • Phone call
  • SMS
  • Email registered in our system

Should there be no response from any of the winners and/or any prizes which remain uncollected by 25 January 2022, they will be deemed forfeited.

Winners are required to collect the cash prize personally (from Monthly Award) from our Sales Office. The details of collection will be given to the winners in due course.


In the event of any dispute arising from points calculation, redONE’s decisions will be final and no appeal will be entertained. redONE reserves the right to change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
